TRACKING

TRACKING CAN BE ADDED TO ALL ORDERS

FOR A SMALL FEE ( excluding USA)

 

TEMPORARY CHANGES TO USA POSTAGE: Due to increased charges from the USA gov, a 2kg parcel now costs £30 to post to the USA via Royal Mail. In some cases this is a 49% price increase!!

To enable us to continue sending to the USA we have moved to a courier service which will be slightly cheaper. An alternative option for our American based customers is to use a order collation service in the UK, such as 'The Post Lady' If you would like further advice before placing an order please contact us.

Tracking        We have removed tracking in order to offer free delivery options to customers. Tracking costs £1.10 for the UK, and £3.50 for Europe and Worldwide.

Saturday Posting        Saturday orders are dropped after 4.30pm, ready to be processed on a Monday.

 

Order and Collect

Order items and collect them locally, at our shop, show, or headquarters. This option is not a national 'click and collect' service. (It does just say 'shop' on cart.)
Reserve and collect orders are held for a week, or until a mutually agreed date.

Returns

At Rainbow Nation Clothing we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. This is not a problem at all, here are your options:

14 Day Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 you have the right to cancel some or all of your purchase up to 14 calendar days, starting the day after your order is received. We extend the policy to cover all purchases made with us, regardless of value. We allow a total of 28 days for the return process to be completed in its entirety.
For this policy to be relevant:
  • Please inform us, no later than 14 days after your parcel's arrival, stating that you want to cancel some/all of your order. 
  • Send the items, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. Please include a note in the parcel of your name and full order number. Without this there may be a delay in processing your return.
  • Payments due will be refunded to you within 7 days of the items arrival with us. Initial standard postage charges will only be refunded where all items in the order are being returned. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
Credit Return

Should you decide to return the item within 21 days of receipt, but have not informed us of this, following the return policy above, we will accept a return of your item and provide you with an online credit.
No refund will be made in this instance.


Exchanges (with free onward postage of new items)
 
If you wish to exchange an item(s) a second order can be placed online to reserve the new item(s) you would like.
  • Enter code "exchange" for free postage.
  • Select "exchange" payment to ensure no immediate payment is taken. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR YOUR EXCHANGE ORDER AT THE TIME OF ORDERING, as we are charged fees to return your payment!
  • Return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of receipt, and include a note with your name and the original full order number.
Once the item is returned we will contact you to secure any balance payment or refund, before posting your new order. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

Lost in Transit Orders
Before contacting us to report a lost order or late delivery;
  • Have you checked on the status of your order through our Order Email Updates?
  • Has it been 10 working days (20 working days for international orders) since your order was dispatched?
  • Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order?

In the event that your order has been lost in transit, we will submit a compensation claim form after the 10/20 day period, and do our best to replace items, or refund you at this point (depending upon product availability). Royal Mail may contact you in connection with the claim. Refunds or replacement items will be issued as soon as a claim has been completed and we have received confirmation that the parcel cannot be found.
